Returns
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required to process all returns. Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your return has been processed. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend following these steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to appear.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For your protection, we recommend using a reputable courier service that provides tracking and shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
